• Browsing this website, or sending a message, does not by itself create a dentist–patient relationship.
• Whether a treatment is suitable for you is decided only after a check-up. Every patient is different, and no particular result is promised.
• Treatment costs are explained to you at the clinic before treatment starts.

This website is written to follow the Revised Dentists (Code of Ethics) Regulations, 2014 and the advisory of the National Dental Commission dated 14 October 2026 on advertising and social media. In keeping with them, this website:

• gives factual information about the practice, its clinics, timings and the treatments offered;
• does not publish patient testimonials, reviews, ratings or before-and-after photographs;
• does not claim superiority over other dentists or promise outcomes;
• does not offer discounts, inducements or free-treatment schemes to attract patients.

4. Images and maps

• Photographs labelled with a clinic name show our own clinics.
• The equipment images (dental microscope, intraoral scanner and intraoral camera) are AI-generated and show the type of equipment used at our clinics; they are not photographs taken at our clinics.
• Other images of people, including those in the banner, are illustrative (stock or AI-generated). They are not our patients and are not testimonials.
• The clinic maps are still images made from OpenStreetMap data (© OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database Licence). Use “Directions” or “View on Google Maps” for exact locations.

5. Using this website

• We try to keep timings, phone numbers and other details correct, but they can change. Please call to confirm before visiting.
• Links to WhatsApp, phone and Google Maps take you to services run by other companies under their own terms. We are not responsible for those services.
• The text, logo, photographs and design of this website belong to Dr A K Padhy Dental or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without written permission.
• To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, information on this website.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
